An absolutely incredible experience. The resort has it all from an amazing pool with lazy river and slide (with a separate adult only pool), pickleball courts, games, s’mores, beautiful views and wonderful dining. Our room was perfection with outstanding amenities and the entire staff provided 5-star service. We can’t wait to return!

This was only a quick two night stay but it was amazing. Next time we will stay longer. Amazing staff and a beautiful property. Staff anticipates guests needs, very polite and helpful. Having worked at a 4 diamond property quite a few years ago, I was reminded of what quality customer service is supposed to be. The pools are very well taken care of, the water slides are great family fun. Just a great place to unwind with the family.

Fantastic place for a weekend getaway! I accompanied my partner who was attending a conference there and it was great for rest & relaxation. They have amazing pools, hot tubs, and plentiful onsite dining or grab and go food options. They even have a waterslide! You can check out bikes, participate in activities during the day, and float in the pool and watch movies at night. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Service was top notch.

Lots of great things to say about this hotel and resort. We got an amazing upgraded room, even though it was raining the pool area was enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning was unpredictable.. the buffet was better, when I ordered off the menu Food was cold. Servers worked very hard. Needs management. The most disappointing was the bar restaurant. limited menu, uninterested staff... They were more interested in chatting with each other. Not much bar food to choose from so we got the fish and chips to share. See picture below of one piece of fish over fried and dry. Music not enjoyable. A beautiful hotel like this needs good restaurants.

Incredible resort with separate villas around unique mini parks. Full golf and excellent choice for business gatherings. Rooms are well appointed and maintained. Recommended ground floor rooms that open onto private deck with chairs.

Just returned from an incredible stay with my extended family at this gorgeous resort. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the many pools, jacuzzis, water slides, and lazy river were awesome (and nicely heated even in low 60s February weather), the extensive breakfast buffet at Tia Carmen was delicious, and the grounds and surrounding 360 degree mountain views were spectacular (pics are from an early morning jog around the golf course). However, we were most impressed with the service. Everyone was especially friendly, efficient, and accommodating, but we wanted to give particular recognition to Tristan and Alexa at the front desk, and to Martha at Tia Carmen. They were so lovely and made our stay a truly special and memorable one. Many thanks!!

Had an amazing one night stay with the family here! The two king room was extremely spacious with a huge bathroom and tons of space for the four of us. The property is absolutely impeccable and gorgeous all around. Lots of holiday lighting. Staff was very accommodating and friendly everywhere. Tia Carmen was terrific for both dinner and breakfast. And to top it all off, the water park with both slides and the heated lazy river was perfect. Will be back.
